Tony McCaffery (he/they) is Founder of Diversity Scotland (known internationally as Diversity Company) – a leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultancy that supports organisations to attract, hire, engage, and develop people from marginalised groups in society. Tony specialises in working with leaders and HR professionals to foster inclusion and create a sense of belonging in the workplace. Through his work they also advise elected representatives, publicly appointed individuals, and third-sector workers on how to embrace diversity.
