Simon Bergenroth is the founder & Managing Director of 3 Hats who for over 20+ years, before moving into coaching, worked in the marketing and communication industry across the private, public and third sector. He has both national and international experience in senior leadership roles. Simon qualified as a Leadership & Executive Coach in 2020 and has since coached over 400 senior executives and director level clients. He holds an ILM Level 7 certificate qualification in coaching and mentoring, is accredited to practitioner level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and is also accredited to ACC level with the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
