With over 15 years CEO experience leading mid-market PE backed businesses, Natalie possesses strong leadership skills, is a creative strategist, innovator and operator adept at turnaround, market leading growth and start-ups.

Natalie commenced a pharmaceutical career at Johnson and Johnson and rose to prominence as an industry visionary by establishing the global market for medicines access programs, building an international infrastructure servicing over 200 countries and establishing operations in North America, Europe and India.

Natalie was also responsible for leading and executing a significant turnaround and transformation program for one of Europe’s largest clinical homecare providers servicing over 200, 000 patients p.a.  

Natalie is also an experienced non-profit NED and former Vice Chairman of California based Global Genes, a leading rare and genetic disease organization.
