About this speaker

I founded Masters in Minds in 2007 with the purpose of creating as many business environments as possible in which people can thrive (instead of just survive).

Culture now more than ever is where the business game is won or lost. Just read the audits and reports across so many of our establishments.

At Masters in Minds we have a mission to have a positive profound impact on half a million people’s lives by 2030 – we are well on our way!

People have always been at the heart of the work I do. Organisations are led and managed by people, customers and clients are served by people. People and AI are and will work alongside each other.

We believe that no matter the issue, all meaningful and long-lasting change starts with mindset. Whether this is digital transformation, delivering a great customer experience or transforming deep-rooted cultural problems – it all starts with our mindset – how we think, how we feel and how conscious we are in our choices, decisions, behaviour, skills and capabilities.

"Be, Do, Have" is our foundational philosophy. As Anthony Jaffe so eloquently explained it, "the Human Being drives the Human Doing, and that gets us outcomes – some great, some average, some not so good. The point in a consciously lived life enables our chances of more satisfaction, growth, peace and joy."

This philosophy sets us apart from traditional consultancy’s that typically start by changing the actions and or skills, of the workforce, ignoring the deeper underlying mindset opportunities.

This approach has helped us challenge and transform organisational belief systems successfully for over a decade.

On an individual level, by facilitating the understanding and application of our philosophy, we have had countless people tell us this has transformed their personal and professional lives. And we have made lifelong friends and colleagues along the way!

I created Masters in Minds following personal success in front-line roles which resulted in a board-level career, being the key team member in the build and exit of four large organisations. I specialised in organisational change, business development strategy and leadership/management development.

Every element of my experience, from manning the phones in call centres to sitting on the board of large organisations has helped me to perfect Masters in Minds approach.I founded Masters in Minds in 2007 with t
