Iain started his career in sales as a Sales Rep selling construction machinery.
From there Iain moved into capital equipment sales for a distributor, and then on to UK Sales Manager for a machinery manufacturer. After successfully growing the business Iain was promoted to North American Sales Manager and moved to the USA.
Iain moved back to his hometown of Edinburgh in 2008 and joined the Sandler Sales Institute as a Sales Trainer and has been in training and coaching ever since. Iain has served as Lead Trainer and Coach at Microsoft Scotland where he was responsible for helping the sales team and partner network move from traditional hardware sales to SaaS sales.
